 Barre Classes

'Barre' classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. We offer barre classes for all levels of students with our different membership platforms. 

 
Benefits:  Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture and flexibility.  YOU WILL SEE A PHYSICAL DIFFERENCE AFTER ATTENDING 3 classes week for 30 days.   It is a practice that builds on itself.

Cycle Classes

Join us for Indoor Cycling and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Indoor Cycling techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advance.

 

Benefits:  Cycle burns calories, tone your legs and gluteal muscles, strengthens core and arm muscles, enhance mental strength, weight loss and overall cardiovascular health. Low impact therefore easy on injuries, joint and tendon health, and increases fitness longevity. *classes are taken at your own pace!

Class Descriptions:

 

Full Circle Barre:

FC Barre is a 60-minute barre well-paced class-combining exercise from Lotte Berk (the pioneer in barre work), Ballet, Pilates and resistance training. FC Barre is a low impact and full-body workout.

  

Full Circle Basics:

FC Foundational is appropriate for those who want a slower-paced more nurturing, well-supported barre practice.  This 60-minute barre class seamlessly blends balance, stretching and micro-movements for improved body awareness and joint stability. This class is designed to allow the student to deepen their understanding. 

 

Full Circle Fury:

FC Fury is a fast-paced hour barre class focusing on the range of motion and movement off of center.  Fury combines Lotte Berk methodology along with multi-planar movement with fixed points of foundation.  This challenging class flows and is a non-stop hour combining movement principles of stability versus mobility.

 

Full Circle Cycle:

FC Cycle is a 45-minute high-intensity interval ride to beat-driven music.  Focus is on alignment, flow of movement and cardiovascular endurance in this balanced heart pumping and sweat pouring workout.

  

Full Circle Cycle and Barre:

FC Cycle. & Barre is a combination of 40 minutes of high-intensity intervals of the cycle and 20 minutes of stabilizing barre work.  This energetic comprehensive class targets the lower body on the bike moves up the alignment chain to core and arm work at the barre.  This full-body workout is balanced to push students to the next level in both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.  ULTIMATE WORKOUT!   Voted Best!

 

Full Circle Yoga Sculpt:

Yoga Sculpt at Full Circle Fitness and Social Club is a blend of yoga with resistance training.  Our focus at Full Circle Fitness and Social Club is dynamic movement flow, with an emphasis on building awareness of core dynamics, improving balance and increasing muscular strength.  

Goal/Emphasis: Core stabilization, balance, and muscular strength

Equipment: dumbbells, two sets of sufficient weight to provide an overload for both upper and lower body and flow sequence

Time: 60 minutes and 45 minutes 'Lunch Express'

Music: Various, instrumental average BPM 130

Beat driven in certain sections, music lending toward strength and stretch sequences.
