Barre" classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each targeted workout, you'll use barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. 


We offer Barre classes for all levels of students with our different membership plans and packages.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

FC Classic Barre

FC Classic Barre class is a workout technique that has elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. Every class targets the large muscle groups in different ways, no two classes are the same.  This tricky technique keeps the muscles alert and creates long, lean, muscles.   Using light weights and high repetitions leans toward a safer workout.  The ballet barre is used for stability and for increasing your flexibility.  Higher bootie, stronger thighs, abs, and arms while improving your flexibility and mobility. 

Let the little ballerina in you shine!

FC Barre Express

FC Barre Express is our same challenging low impact, full-body barre workout in a 45-minute session. 

We know your time is valuable and there are days when you just want to get a quick workout in.  Strengthen, Lengthen, and Flexibility is the name of the game!

FC Barre Basics

FC Basics barre class is designed to allow the student to deepen their barre practice, instilling the fundamentals of foundation, alignment and flow of movement. Basics is a great starting point as instructors use nomenclature specific to the barre with the base position set up and clear concise cueing of exercises. This 60-minute barre class seamlessly blends balance, stretching, and micro-movements for improved body awareness and joint stability.  Barre Basics is a great place to start your practice and also improve your practice.

FC Pilates & Tone

 Pilates is exercise & physical movement designed to stretch & strengthen the body.  In our FC Pilates & Tone class, we use weights to maximize upper body strength and tone.
